Where can I get a domain from to sell stationary and be able to change the layout to my liking?

I wanted to start my own online shop and sell stationary, but I also wanted a domain where I can edit the layout to my liking and not use a premade template. Any suggestions? Please suggest a site that has reasonable prices. Sub domains are fine also.

   Any website that you pay for to get your own domain and hosting, where you can upload your own code will work for you. I’m in the UK, so I use one.com

   You then make your website and simply upload it. Your website can be however you like.
